Made To Play, Not Display.
Hype brands sell history. Birdman sells playability. You don't need a guitar designed in 1954 to play music in 2026.

Plug And Play
The Finch was expertly designed to be plug and play, eliminating the clutter of unnecessary switches and dials found on many legacy electric guitars. With its streamlined and lightweight build, it offers a user-friendly experience that caters to of all skill levels. Its modern and sleek design not only enhances its aesthetic appeal but also ensures that players can focus on what truly matters: the music.
"Zero fuss, pure thunder."
Clear Sound
The Finch is meticulously designed with quality and playability as a priority, ensuring a superior playing experience. One of its standout features is a heavily roasted neck with a deeper scoop at the headstock than you will find on legacy brands, ensuring a larger break angle, as well as our compensated nut, which makes chords sound sweeter.
"Bangers without buzz."

Sustains For Longer
The Finch features a neck crafted from a premium piece of maple, which undergoes a specialized roasting process to make it less susceptible to humidity shifts. This ensures exceptional tuning stability and long-term reliability. These carefully selected and tested materials contribute to a rich tonal character and ensures every note hits its mark. This attention to detail allows each note to sustain longer, creating a more immersive playing experience.
“Plug in, pluck a note, go make a sandwich, come back - it’s still ringing."
Designed For Comfort
The Finch features a comfortable transitional neck profile that adapts naturally to your hand, offering effortless ergonomics whether you're playing down in the cowboy chords or up high on the neck. We pair this with a meticulous blind fret job - meaning the fret slots don't break the edges of the fingerboard - eliminating sharp fret ends completely. Finished with hand-polished frets, the result is an exceptionally smooth, distraction-free playing surface that lets your fingers glide effortlessly.
"Smooth as butter."

Frequently Asked Questions
Why call it The Finch?
Darwin’s finches evolved to fit their environment perfectly. We built The Finch to do the same for your hands. Tested by real players, built with modern precision, and evolved to outperform legacy guitars from a bygone era.
Because 1950s guitar designs are extinct. The Finch is what happens when you let real player feedback evolve the instrument.
Adapt. Evolve. Play.
Why a set neck?
Because bolts lose sound, and we don't like losing sound.
When you pluck a string, that motion makes the wood vibrate. If your neck is just screwed into the body with metal bolts, some of that vibrating energy gets lost right in the gap. Glue fuses the neck and body into one continuous piece of wood so every bit of energy bounces right back into the strings - giving you massive sustain and richer sound.
Other brands charge an arm and a leg for glued necks and claim bolt-ons are better just because they’re cheaper for them to slap together. We do it the right way from the start so your guitar sounds bigger, holds notes longer, and never feels like a toy held together by wood screws.
Are upgrades available?
Right now? We keep it dead simple. The launch model comes stripped down to pure muscle: one killer pickup, one rock-solid volume knob, and zero unnecessary switches to get in your way.
But just like the bird it's named after, The Finch is evolving. We’re rolling out modular upgrades in simple tiers down the road. Want two humbuckers? Coming. Three pickups for extra sound options? On the way. Upgraded bridges and different neck shapes? In the works.
We’re starting with the ultimate, no-nonsense workhorse guitar first. As we grow, you'll be able to pick the exact setup that fits how you play.
Do you source everything locally?
If we can get it built right here in Canada, we do - end of story. We do our best to team up with local machinists and Ontario plating shops to build our custom bridges, keeping real jobs in our backyard and cutting down our carbon footprint.
For components we can't make locally - like Black Limba from West Africa - we search the globe to find the best materials at prices that don't blow up your wallet. Our goal is simple: keep the money local whenever possible, keep the quality world-class, and pass every single savings directly to you.
